Petitions for Open Access


As a taxpayer, you pay for research via the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health (among others). Why should you (and everyone else) be forced to pay to access the data and the publications resulting from your tax dollars?

    Your second link doesn't seem to work. Also, it's not obvious where on the open reading frame he writes about this. I guess I could search harder.

    Fixed the broken link. I'm not sure if ORF writes about it specifically. I found the links embedded into the top of his template.
