Botany 2.0

The Missouri Botanical Garden Library has a really neat website, Botanicus.org. Botanicus.org is a freely accessible, Web-based archive of beautifully illustrated volumes from the 18th and 19th century botanical literature. The best thing about Botanicus.org is that it fully embraces 21st century web technology, such as tag clouds, map mashups, and even an RSS feed for new additions. Also all the images Botanicus.org are free for non-commercial use, as long as you abide by the terms set down in the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 2.5 license.
